A Coach’s Reflection on David’s Recomposition Journey

Working with David has been a rewarding experience, not only because of the impressive physical changes he’s made, but also because of how he’s embraced fitness as a way of life. His journey is a clear example of what can happen when smart training meets consistent effort.

Intentional Training, Visible Results

David’s goal was clear: to lose fat, build muscle, and feel healthier overall. We put a structured body recomposition plan in place—targeting fat loss while stimulating lean muscle growth through strength training and cardio.

Over the past few months, David has:

  • Dropped 2kg in body weight

  • Reduced his waist by 3cm

  • Increased his chest measurement by 1cm

  • Gained 2cm on his biceps

These results reflect not just fat loss, but a balanced shift in body composition—adding lean muscle while trimming excess weight.

Lifestyle Integration: Fitness as a Habit

What I’m most proud of, however, is how seamlessly David has made fitness part of his everyday life. Exercise is no longer a chore—it’s who he is. He lifts, runs, and moves with purpose every single day. The routines we’ve built are now deeply woven into his lifestyle, fueling both his physical health and mental well-being.
