As Maxim’s coach, I’m immensely proud of the transformation he’s achieved over the past six months. When we first started working together, Maxim was determined to gain muscle mass and improve his strength and physique. Our journey began with a detailed assessment of Maxim’s current physical status, nutritional habits, and lifestyle. This helped us identify key areas for growth and tailor a program specific to his goals: gaining lean muscle in a healthy, sustainable way.

We designed a progressive resistance training program centered around hypertrophy and strength development. The core of Maxim’s gym regimen included:

Caloric surplus to support muscle growth, without excessive fat gain
High-quality protein intake to aid muscle repair and synthesis
Balanced macros with complex carbs and healthy fats to sustain energy and recovery
This plan was adjusted throughout the process to match his increasing training intensity and changing body composition.
Accountability and Coaching Support
Maxim’s consistency was admirable. Weekly check-ins allowed us to:
